The english newspaper “The Sun” (from Saturday, 05. Sept. 2009) includes an interview with John Lydon where he confirms, he is reforming PUBLIC IMAGE LTD. to mark the 30th anniversary of their album Metal Box for a UK tour in December.
Public Image Ltd. play the O2 Academy in Birmingham (Dec 15), Leeds (Dec 16), Glasgow (Dec 18), Manchester (Dec 19) and Brixton (Dec 21).

British actor Danny Dyer has risked the wrath of punk rock fans - by insisting SEX PISTOLS legend SID VICIOUS was "useless".
Movie tough-guy Dyer plays Vicious in new London stage production Kurt & Sid, which tells of an imaginary meeting between the punk icon and late Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain.
He says, "The fascinating thing about Sid Vicious is he was useless. He was an idea, an image. He couldn't play a guitar or sing. He was called Vicious but he wasn't - he was a really sensitive soul.
"The only footage of him is onstage smothered in blood with a guitar in his hand. The only interviews he ever gave was when he was off his head. I think he is a mystery."

THE VIBRATORS are in the studio recording a new album. 14 new songs are on their way. Knox is back in vocal duties and Nigel Bennett is taking care of guitar parts. The band has have Pat Collier in the picture as producer/engineer.
The Album which has no title at the moment, will come out before christmas through Captain Oi! Label.

Guitarist Jo Callis leaves THE REZILLOS. The band have an e new member, namely Jim Brady, as the new Rezillos guitarist..
